1. Open the Instagram app and go to Settings
  2. Select Account Center
  3. Go to Your information and permissions
  4. Choose Download your information
  5. Select Download or transfer information
  6. Choose your Instagram account (not your Facebook account, if it’s connected)
  7. Under Some of your information, scroll down to Connections, then select Followers and following
  8. Download to device
  9. Set the date range to All Time
  10. Choose the format JSON
  11. Click Create file
  12. Wait for the process to complete; you can download the file from the same section

    13. Go back
